The Gachata Farmers Cooperative grows this incredible coffee in Nyeri. 900 active members contributed to this coffee.

Roast Level: Medium Country of Origin: Peru Tasting Notes: Baking Spices, Cocoa, Toast
The Peru Namballe returns in our Classic profile. Smallholder farmers in Peru grew this coffee to strict environmental standards to preserve fragile natural ecosystems in the area.

Roast Level: Light Country of Origin: Ethiopia Tasting Notes: Lime, Peach, Green Apple
This spectacular washed Ethiopian coffee was grown by Mustefa Abakeno and 36 other smallholder farmers.

Roast Level: Medium-Dark Country of Origin: Colombia Tasting Notes: Honey, Dark Chocolate, Earthy
This coffee was grown in the shadow of Colombia's largest volcano, deriving precious nutrients from the fertile soil.

Roast Level: Dark Country of Origin: Ethiopia Tasting Notes: Brown Sugar, Dark Chocolate, Toffee
This coffee comes from the Gera Estate in Djimmah, Ethiopia. The developed roast on this coffee highlights the natural sweet and caramelized flavors.
