The nib Blues have confirmed Head Coach Willie Walker will depart the club after six transformative seasons for an exciting new opportunity with Fiji Rugby.
Walker has led the nib Blues since their inception in 2021, taking the side from its historic first match to a three-peat of Super Rugby Aupiki titles (2024–2026), including back-to-back Women's Super Rugby Champions crowns.
"My time at the Blues has been an amazing adventure," Walker said. "I'm genuinely going to miss the group, but I know I've left it in a good space."
Blues GM Rugby Murray Williams added: "Willie leaves an enormous legacy at this club - not just a winning team, but a culture players want to be part of."
