Gmail 1. Open any email from us. 2. On desktop, drag it from Promotions to Primary. On mobile, tap the three dots and choose "Move to," then Primary. 3. Say Yes when Gmail offers to do this for future emails.

Apple: 1. Open one of our emails. 2. Tap the three dots at the top (or right-click on desktop) and choose "Categorize Sender." 3. Pick Primary, then Continue.
