>>Carbon Fabrics<<   Carbon Fabric is composed of warp(0°), weft (90°) or diagonal (±45°) fiber layers stitched with polyester thread. The products are widely used in wind blades, ships, new energy vehicles, sports leisure and other field. The minimum weight of a single layer is 50g/m2. Fabrics gram weight ranges from 100-1200g/m2.   >>High Performance Spread Tow Fabric<<   High Performance Spread Tow Fabric is a process of first spreading high-performance fibers such as carbon fiber and aramid fiber into ultra-thin fiber tapes of a certain width, and then weaving them into ultra-thin fabrics with different weave patterns using a rapier loom according to different rules. High Performance Spread Tow Fabric have the following characteristics: Ultra-thin fiber tapes make the fabric thinner; Fewer interlacing points and less fiber bending in the fabric, which can improve the strength of composite materials; Effectively reduce the resin content in composite materials.     >>Mouldfoam<<   Mouldfoam is a high-density molded foam, which can be used for manufacturing models, prototypes and industrial molds, such as car models and sculpture products, as well as hollow filling for door panels.   >>Ultrafoam<<   Ultrafoam is implanted with a reinforcement material during the foaming process, enabling different performance enhancements depending on the content and type of reinforcement. The enhanced foam still has the processing ability of slotting and punching, without affecting the resin perfusion and diversion.
