Learnings: |
- Event Date selcetion: September and October are hot season of e-commerce or AI theme events, we met difficulties of Executive customer invitation, due to close date of competitors' events. Next time we should stagger event date of industry 3P and competitors big events, and launch invitation at least 45 days ahead.
- Meticulous preparation of demo content: on the demo booth partner bosi didn't present the solution demo as plan, and we didn't check each item on booth when rehearsal, which effcted demo storyline and customer experience. After this event, we deep dived working progress and figured out an SOP of standard strict working progress and every task owner to avoid similar issues happening.
