Before production:
Each HRC will be trimmed before production, Weld Seam will be more beautiful and the tolerances of side,R corner and flatness will be strictly within the standard.
QC conducts quality inspection on the surface and performance of the coilsl; any problems will be reported to the customer before formal production.
During the production process:
2 workers conduct visual inspection on each steel tube. Qualified products will be packaged.
For finished products:
if there are no special requirements, chemical elements and mechanical properties will be inspected according to standard requirements. Qualified goods will be arranged for final export packaging.Especially for special quality grade. |
