The successful family-run business was founded in St John’s Hill in 2015, and has built a strong following thanks to its commitment to tracing all produce from farm to plate and only using high-quality ingredients. This dedication to tracking provenance will be continued at Ram Quarter where the menu will include a brunch and lunch selection. The café will also house a retail area where customers can buy carefully sourced products, and will become a relaxed and modern wine bar in the evening. |
