The key parameter control system during production process

1.The raw materials were inspected before entering the factory to ensure supply.
2.During the production process, sampling inspection, real-time monitoring and correction.
3.After the production finished, each batch of samples shall be sampled and tested, and the factory shall not be allowed to leave the factory.

The storage & warehousing system

1.Around 800m2 of storage space, 8 storage tanks (8*100m3).
2.The popular used qualified raw materials stocked are about 1.5 million USD.
3.Several forklifts, heating oven, heater, etc. facility to use.

Package System

1.High quality export use fully new package, including iron drum, IBC-TANK, etc.,
2.Cooperate with the main ISO-TANKS carriers to ensure good logistic service,
3.We can customize the package according to customer’s special requirement, such as stamped fumigated pallets, custom-made small volume iron drum, etc.
