1. Please check your reservation details carefully, including name, date, time and places of departure and destination. Please contact us immediately if there are any mistakes. Any changes to your ticket after it has already been issued will result in added costs.

3. Passengers are responsible for the validity of their passport and visa to the destination or transit country. All consequences arising from passport or visa issues will be borne by the passengers themselves.
4. We suggest you send the payment for your tickets immediately, as prices for tickets are always subject to change outside our control. If the ticket price has changed in the time period that your payment was delayed (any delayed payment refers to payments not made immediately), we hold the right to request you (the passenger) to pay the difference. If you cannot accept this, we will cancel your reservation and refund the full amount.
