Q: How does the BedJet work?

A: BedJet's convective cooling technology utilizes a gentle flow of air sent directly into your bedding to provide rapid removal of trapped sweat and humidity, plus cooling or warming comfort. BedJet attaches to any size bed, any type mattress, and works with your existing bedding.

Q: Is a Cloud Sheet required?

A: Although not required for single-zone setups, the Cloud Sheet gives you much more even air distribution in the bed than using BedJet with your own sheets. In cooling mode, the Cloud Sheet also gives you the feeling of fresh, crisply cool sheets against your skin all night!

Q: What if it breaks?

A: Each BedJet is a highly engineered, durable machine with a 20,000 hour direct drive DC Motor, designed to give you many years of worry-free operations. Even if something does happen, rest assured all BedJet units come with a comprehensive "bumper-to-bumper" 2-Year Warranty, with the option to upgrade to 4 years of coverage.

Q: Will BedJet save me money on utility bills?
