Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection

Signatory Vintage’s Un-Chillfiltered Collection is a celebration of single malt in its more natural form, with these latest releases offering six very different takes on Scotland’s distilleries. From the heather and gentle smoke of Whitlaw to the big maritime character of Caol Ila, each bottling brings something distinctive to the table.

Sherry casks feature prominently, adding richness and depth to Teaninich, Benriach and Auchentoshan, while Glen Garioch’s bourbon maturation lets its malty, fruity spirit shine. A varied collection, and a great way to explore some lesser-seen sides of familiar names.
