can now specify retention periods for each purpose of
processing.
Your Privacy Policy will automatically include this
information in the
“How Do We Process Your Information?”
section, helping improve transparency and support GDPR
compliance.

Support for the UK Data (Use and Access) Act 2025
We updated the Privacy Policy Generator to reflect the
UK's latest privacy legislation.
Your Privacy Policy now includes guidance for UK users
on submitting privacy complaints and contacting the

Vermont Data Privacy and Online Surveillance
Act
Vermont passed a new comprehensive privacy law
that will take effect on January 1, 2028. The
