A little while ago, we wrote to tell you that The Cook's Atelier is opening a new chapter this autumn — a new home of our own online, gathering seasonal recipes, kitchen films, and the quiet stories of Burgundy we have long wished to share more fully — and we asked whether you would care to stay with us for it.
