At some point — perhaps after a class in our Atelier kitchen, perhaps only from afar — you found your way to The Cook's Atelier, and we have been so glad to have you with us since. Beaune has a way of drawing people close, and it is a particular joy of ours to think of you following along from wherever you are: through quiet mornings, long lunches, and every season in between.
We find ourselves at the start of something new, and wanted you to be among the first to know. This autumn, we are opening a new home for the Atelier online + a new Membership area — built entirely on our own terms, a quiet corner of the internet where we can finally gather, in one place, the things we have long wished to share more fully: new recipes as they come into season, small films from our very own kitchen, the stories of the Beaune market and surrounding vineyards that rarely find their way into a newsletter, and a closer look at the curated wines and boutique treasures we love best.
It mattered to us to build this ourselves, rather than place it in someone else's hands — to keep it rooted in the same values as The Cook’s Atelier, close to the farmers, winemakers, and artisans who have shaped our years in Burgundy. To join us there is to become part of that same small circle.
Before the doors open, we would like to be certain we are setting the table only for those who truly wish to sit at it. And so we are refreshing our list — simply, and with nothing hidden.
