This week's Humans of Mojo reminds us that focus isn't always about having more energy.
Sometimes it's about having less noise.
Madison works in marketing from home.
If you've ever worked remotely, you'll know the feeling.
Your office is also your kitchen.
Your phone is always within reach.
Every notification feels urgent, and before you know it, an hour has disappeared.
For Madison, staying focused wasn't about trying harder.
It was about helping her mind feel calmer.
She started taking Mojo once a day before increasing to two gummies on most workdays.
On particularly stressful or anxious days, she'll sometimes take three.
The biggest change wasn't feeling "wired."
It was the opposite.
She describes it as a sense of calm that allows her brain to settle, almost like switching off that constant fight-or-flight feeling so she can actually focus on what's in front of her.
Another unexpected benefit?
Coffee.
Like many of us, she'd relied on it for years.
But over time, she's found herself replacing some of those morning coffees with Mojo instead, helping reduce the jitters while breaking a habit she never thought she'd shake.
She mainly takes Mojo during the work week, giving herself weekends off because she prefers cycling her supplements, although she'll still reach for them on the occasional weekend if she's feeling particularly anxious or overwhelmed.
What we loved most about Madison's story wasn't just the productivity.
It was the intention.
She believes in working with her body instead of against it, and she's passionate about natural approaches that help her feel like the best version of herself.
Thanks for sharing your story, Madison ❤️
