We've updated Lovable's Privacy Policy to make it clearer, reflect new Lovable features and the laws where you live, and explain your choices in more detail. The updated policy takes effect on September 9, 2026, and applies to your use of Lovable from that date.
On a Business or Enterprise plan? This notice is intended for users on Free and Pro plans. If you've received it and your workspace is on a Business or Enterprise plan, these changes do not modify your agreement with Lovable. Your organization's data continues to be handled under your Data Processing Agreement and contract terms, which this update does not change. Questions: [email protected].
This policy update includes changes related to AI model training. Starting on the effective date, we may use Customer Content — your prompts (including images and files you attach), code, project files, and generated outputs — and usage data from Free and Pro plans to train, develop, and improve our AI models. You can opt out at any time in Account Settings → Privacy. Opt out before the effective date and your data is not used for training at all; opt out later and your data is excluded going forward.
Importantly: We will not use your apps' end-user data or your account and billing details for training.

Read the Summary of Changes to see what's changed and what it means for you. If you continue using Lovable after September 9, 2026, the updated policy applies. If you have questions or concerns, contact us at [email protected] or exercise your rights as described in the policy at any time.
