Liz here, Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer at Weezie. Back to school season is officially here and, while I’m sad to see summer go, I’m ready to get back into a routine! Nesting mode after whirlwind travel is fully activated.
For the first day of school, I’m eyeing these simple Cinnamon Sticky Buns from Ina Garten for a sweet breakfast treat! This set of personalized pencils is so cute, I’m tucking them into the girls’ backpacks and hoping the creativity flows all year. Upping my carpool wardrobe game was easy with a fresh pair of Gola sneakers, throw-on-and-go cotton tees from Ann Mashburn, and comfy Minnow knit shorts.
Around the house, I’m always scheming up new projects with Crosby Designs! Ending on a happy mom moment: After cheer camp, I brought Eadie to our fall photo set and on the way home she said “I want to come to work with you every day!” One of the best parts of this entire Weezie whirlwind has been watching my girls’ minds open up which makes most of the trade offs feel worth it. She was so excited to wear our Leopard Robe and Slippers, now in mini versions!
